Tax Partner or Director – Greater Kalamazoo Area. Based in our Portage, MI office, this is a unique opportunity for a gifted tax leader to drive our firm’s growth in southwest Michigan. Lead the delivery of tax services to clients; lead and/or participate in attracting desirable new clients; and coach and develop a robust and growing tax team. Â
Tax Partner or Director – St. Joseph, MI. This is a unique opportunity for a gifted tax leader to drive our firm’s growth in southwest Michigan. Lead the delivery of tax services to clients; lead and/or participate in attracting desirable new clients; and coach and develop a robust and growing tax team.Â
Tax Manager or Senior Manager. Due to continued growth, we have opportunities in our Michigan and Indiana offices for experienced tax professionals to lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to flow-through entities and their owners.
Fiduciary/Trust Tax Manager or Senior Professional – in-office, hybrid, or remote. Join our growing Fiduciary Tax Services team to help us provide outsourced fiduciary tax services to financial institutions and wealth management firms. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of ONESOURCE Trust Tax software and a BS/BA degree, preferably in Accounting. CPA or EA certification ideal but not required.Â

Client Accounting Services – Southwest Michigan. Join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team in our Portage or St. Joseph office to provide accounting services to clients in a variety of industries. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of experience; a BBA/BS in Accounting and be a QuickBooks ProAdvisor (or willing to become one); excellent relationship-building skills, and enthusiasm for helping clients and colleagues.Â
Industry-Focused CAAS Manager. We’re seeking individuals to help lead CAAS services in two unique industry niches: nonprofit and municipal government entities. We’re seeking candidates with accounting/financial management experience to help develop and lead our accounting services in these specialized practice areas.

In our assurance practice:
Non-Profit Assurance Senior Staff or Manager. Â Supervise/lead engagement teams providing assurance (audit) services to mission-driven clients in the northern Indiana/southwest Michigan region. Our team members in these roles make a significant impact on clients who enrich our communities, as well as help less experienced colleagues grow and develop.
Experienced Auditor – Municipal Government Entities – Southwest Michigan. Help us serve municipal government entities (cities, counties, townships, etc.) with auditing and related services. Join our team at the senior staff or manager level, depending on experience.
