Opportunities in Client Accounting Services:
- Kalamazoo and SW Michigan: Join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) team to help us serve clients from our offices in Portage and St. Joseph, MI. These varied and meaningful roles will provide accounting services to multiple clients. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in QuickBooks online; at least 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience; at least an Associate degree in Accounting; and be a QuickBooks ProAdvisor or willing to become one.
- South Bend, IN:Â Join our CAAS team to help us provide accounting services to mission-driven, non-profit clients throughout the South Bend region. Ideal candidates will have at least 2-4 years of accounting experience in non-profit organization(s); Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or on track to complete one; and enthusiasm for helping clients and colleagues.

Assurance Manager or Senior Manager – South Bend, IN. Work in agile teams serving clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, local government, non-profit, construction, and services, helping meet their needs for assurance services. Our people in these roles make a significant impact serving on and leading engagement teams and helping less experienced colleagues grow and develop.
Assurance Senior Staff – South Bend, IN. Join colleagues in planning and delivering assurance services to clients; work collaboratively with engagement team members to efficiently/effectively complete client engagements. Ideally will have 2-4 years of assurance experience and have passed the CPA exam or be in the process of doing so. Experience with non-profit auditing would be ideal.
Tax Manager or Senior Manager – Portage, MI and South Bend, IN. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to flow-through entities and their owners.
