Tyler Beasy is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s Elkhart, Ind. office. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Trine University. He joined KL in 2022 and is a member of the employee benefit plan audit team. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing video games.

Jarah Byler, CPA, is a Senior Staff Accountant on the employee benefit plan audit team and is based in the firm’s Elkhart office. He joined the firm in 2024 after completing a summer internship in 2023 and graduating from Grace College. In his free time, Jarah enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing pickleball, working on cars, and completing home construction projects.

Cambria Comer, CPA, is an Assurance Manager in Kruggel Lawton’s Elkhart office. She joined the firm in 2020 as a staff accountant after completing a tax season internship. She is experienced in nonprofit assurance work, assisting client’s with their tax preparation, audits, reviews and compilations, single audits, and compliance work. Cambria spends her free time reading, hanging out with her cats Poppy & Oliver, and traveling.

Jeremy Flagel, EA, is a Tax Manager based in the firm’s St. Joseph, Mich. office. He received his B.S. in Accounting from Ferris State University. He joined the firm in 2019 and has experience in tax and accounting services for businesses, and individuals, primarily with construction, rental real estate and manufacturing companies. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys camping, kayaking, and attending concerts. He also enjoys playing and watching golf and football. Jeremy enjoys hanging out with this dog, Cyrus, and has begun collecting vinyl records as a hobby.

Courtney Haynes is a Senior Staff Accountant aligned with the firm’s South Bend, Ind. office. She received her Master of Business Administration and B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University South Bend, and her areas of service include individual, corporate, and property tax return preparations. In her free time, Courtney loves playing and is currently coaching basketball at IUSB. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dogs.

Marcus Housholder, CPA, is an Assurance Manager based in Kruggel Lawton’s Goshen, Ind. office. After completing two busy season internships, he joined the firm full-time in 2022 and focuses on providing assurance services to clients across a variety of industries. Marcus earned a B.A. in Accounting from Goshen College, along with minors in Business and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and pursuing personal AI and automation projects. An avid reader, he is also always ready for a good board game.

Anna Hulstedt, CPA, is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s South Bend office. She is a Grace College graduate who joined KL in 2024 after a tax season internship where she focused on individual and business tax preparation, as well as audit and review services. She primarily works on NFP audit and review engagements, prepares 990 returns for organizations, prepares NFP financial statements, and works on 1040 returns during tax season. Anna enjoys staying active through running and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and she loves opportunities to travel. She is also involved in the young adult ministry at Gospel City Church in Granger, IN.

Kaylee Jordan is a Senior Staff Accountant aligned with Kruggel Lawton’s St. Joseph office. She received a B.S. in Accounting from Grace College. She joined the firm in 2024 and assists with corporate, individual, and nonprofit tax preparation. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys staying active through playing volleyball, hiking, snowboarding, boating, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys opportunities to travel, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Klingerman is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s Portage, Mich. office and a Western Michigan University graduate with a B.B.A. in Accounting. In her role at KL, she works on the assurance team providing audits for not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Mary enjoys going to the movie theatre, crocheting, reading, and relaxing with a good show.

Eddie Murphy is a Senior Staff Accounting in the firm’s South Bend office. He received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University and joined KL in 2024 after graduation. His areas of service include income tax preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations. In his free time, Eddie likes to spend time playing any and all recreational sports, spending time with his family, and boating on the St. Joseph river.

Kyleigh Otwinowski, CPA, is a Tax Manager based in the firm’s South Bend office. She is an IUSB grad who holds a B.A. in both Accounting and Marketing, and has an M.S. in Accounting. Kyleigh has extensive tax experience and works closely with the Client Accounting & Advisory Services team. In her spare time, Kyleigh enjoys slalom and barefoot waterskiing, hiking, and working out in the gym. She also loves spending time with her family.

Rebecca Penrod is a Senior Staff Accountant in Kruggel Lawton’s Elkhart office. She joined the firm in 2024 after completing a summer internship in 2023 and graduating from Grace College with a B.S. in Accounting. Rebecca’s areas of service include employee benefit plan audits, income tax preparation, and audit services. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading, running, and spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys going to the Indy 500 and occasionally playing the guitar and piano.

Sara Penrod is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s Knoxville, Tenn. office. She has a B.S. in both Accounting and Management from Indiana University – Kokomo. At Kruggel Lawton she is primarily focused on performing employee benefit plan audits. In her free time Sara loves reading, going to concerts, hiking, and swimming. She also enjoys going to church, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Hannah Petty is a Senior Staff Accountant in the St. Joseph office. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Hannah has experience with tax preparation as well as audits, reviews, and compilations. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with family and friends including golf, pickleball, and walks by the beach. Hannah also likes the adventure of trying new and different coffee shops while traveling.

Melissa Reyes is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s Portage office.

Katherine Riffell, CPA, is a Senior Staff Accountant in Kruggel Lawton’s Elkhart office. She received a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from Purdue University. She works within the firm’s tax and assurance groups focusing on individual and corporate tax preparation as well as audits, reviews, and compilations. Katherine enjoys spending her free time with her pets and family. She also enjoys going to concerts and traveling.

Mary Teeters is a Manager on Kruggel Lawton’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services team. She is based in the firm’s Portage office and helps clients with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial statement preparation, and more. In her free time Mary enjoys traveling to Northern Michigan, visiting family in the Detroit area and watching her daughter play volleyball. She also likes hanging out with her husband and daughter when they’re not traveling for sports.

Alea Zimmerman is a Senior Staff Accountant in the firm’s Portage office with a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University. In her role at KL on the Client Accounting & Advisory Services team, she provides bookkeeping services and is QuickBooks Online certified. Outside of work Alea enjoys reading, listening to music, going to art festivals, and going to renaissance festivals. She also likes to play board games, Dungeons and Dragons, and video games with her friends.
