Kruggel Lawton is pleased to announce the 2023 HERM Award recipient is Nick Muller.
The HERM Award, introduced in 2018, is presented annually to a KL team member who exemplifies the values and spirit of Kruggel Lawton. Nominations for the HERM Award are submitted by individuals or teams at the firm with the winner being selected by an internal committee.
Our Values
Nick Muller is a Senior Staff Accounting in the firm's South Bend office. He joined KL full time in 2022 after completing two tax season internships, and is experienced in bookkeeping as well as corporate and individual tax returns.

He has a remarkable sense of humor and kindness that makes him a joy to work with. He is disciplined, motivated, and proactive with his clients. In his spare time, Nick camping, hiking, playing board games and bike riding while spending time with family and friends. During winter months, he gets out often for snowboarding and cross country skiing. Whenever he gets a chance, he can be found honing his woodworking and remodeling skills which have been passed down through his family.
