The KLimb to 2030 team is a representation of all Kruggel Lawton team members and is comprised of individuals at a variety of levels, disciplines, and work schedules. They have been tasked with the job of developing policies and goals for the firm. The KLimb team meets April – December to brainstorm and implement firm-wide initiatives that support growth, career development, work-life balance, succession planning, and so much more. The Steering Committee works closely with the partner group to ensure KL continues to serve our clients and our community to the best of our ability while creating a collaborative and supportive workplace for the entire firm.
